This two-day learning experience, based on the highly acclaimed Georgetown Leadership Academy, will address the framework, skills, and tools necessary to support system partners, both professionals and families, in their roles as leaders in systems change and define the adaptive leadership skills and change processes to overcome resistance and complacency and successfully navigate the process of change.
