Healing Hearts Crisis Center
As Guam’s only rape crisis center, the Healing Hearts Rape Crisis Center provides comprehensive services for individuals affected by recent or past sexual assault and abuse. The program offers trauma-informed, victim-centered support through sexual assault medical examinations, care coordination, counseling referrals, and contracted therapy services.
In addition to direct services, the program conducts community outreach, prevention education, and awareness activities to promote safety, support healing, and increase public understanding of sexual violence. Through compassionate and coordinated care, the program helps survivors access services, navigate recovery, and connect with resources that support their health and well-being.

Lifeline
647-5351/8833 is a crisis hotline for all survivors of sexual assault no matter when the assault occurred. If a survivor finds that he or she is facing issues relating to the assault, phone lines are manned 24 hours a day by staff that is willing to help or to if the survivor needs to talk.
