ANSA-II training, all GBHWC employees who work with adults will be required to attend, such as, psychologists, social workers, counselors and other direct care staff who provide assessments of consumers at baseline and upon discharge of GBHWC services. The ANSA is one of two outcome measures which GBHWC has identified to monitor consumer's progress in treatment, from admission to discharge and the outcome data is vital for our program planning.
