A presentation on children's mental health services on Guam, increasing awareness and breaking the stigma, changing our lenses on how we provide services, and strengthening attitudes on positive levels among local agencies, stakeholders, and families. Areas to be covered:  System of Care approach vs. Traditional Care services, the uniqueness and needs of children with serious emotional and behavioral challenges including their family values, the Wraparound process on service planning and delivery, and partnership with local and non-traditional resources for the child with serious emotional and behavioral health challenges and their family.
