- To distinguish the difference between the functions of leadership, authority, management, facilitation and advocacy within systems change
- To identify your leadership role in adaptive work (that which requires shifts in values, attitudes, beliefs and behaviors)
- To enumerate leadership skills that support your change agent role
- To identify individual leadership practices that need reset to improve your effectiveness as an agent of change
- To identify leadership skills needed to the manage the disequilibrium and tension created when addressing entrenched individual and system practices
- To identify strategies that will help you lead for the long haul.
