For CEU’s Objectives – Participants will learn:

  2. To identify your leadership role in adaptive work (that which requires shifts in values, attitudes, beliefs and behaviors)
  3. To enumerate leadership skills that support your change agent role
  4. To identify individual leadership practices that need reset to improve your effectiveness as an agent of change  
  5. To  identify leadership skills needed to the manage the disequilibrium and tension created when addressing entrenched individual and system practices
